Kevin Porter of the
Colorado Avalanche will have a hearing with the NHL on Thursday concerning a kneeing infraction in Tuesday night's game at Vancouver.
Porter was assessed a kneeing major and a game misconduct at 10:55 of the first period for a knee-on-knee collision with Vancouver's
David Booth, who left the game and did not return. The Canucks said Wednesday that Booth is expected to miss four to six weeks with a sprained MCL.
