Gallagher scores twice as Vancouver Giants top Saskatoon Blades 5-2

SASKATOON - Brendan Gallagher scored twice and added an assist as the Vancouver Giants topped the Saskatoon Blades 5-2 in Western Hockey League play Friday night.

Neil Manning, Craig Cunningham and Milan Kytnar had the other goals for Vancouver (37-20-4), while Mark Segal made 30 saves.

Stefan Elliott and Walker Wintoneak tallied for Saskatoon (40-14-6), while Steven Stanford stopped 18 shots.
