Pens' Boucher has foot surgery; out indefinitely

Penguins' defenseman Philippe Boucher underwent successful surgery Friday on his left foot and will be sidelined indefinitely.

The surgery was performed by Dr. John M. Crates, MD of the Plano Orthopedic Sports Medicine and Spine Center in Plano, Texas.

Boucher suffered the injury in late December.
