• In his second year with the U.S. National Team Development Program in 2010-11, Paliotta competed for the Under-18 team recording 13 points (1-12--13) in 52 games. He helped the U.S. win gold at the 2011 Under-18 World Championships.

• The former Choate Rosemary Hall standout also competed in the 2010 Under-17 World Hockey Challenge where the U.S. won 2-1 over Team Ontario to win gold -- Paliotta finished with two points (0-2--2) in six games.

• A hidden talent is playing baseball, at the age of 10 he won a Connecticut State Championship.
