• Milano’s impressive 2013-14 season included finishing second on the U.S. Under-18 team with 85 points (29-56—85) in 58 games and winning a gold medal with Team USA at the 2014 Under-18 World Championship, tying Jack Eichel (2015 draft-eligible) for the team lead with ten points (3-7—10) in seven games.

• Milano moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan prior to the 2012-13 season to join the U.S. National Team Development Program. In his first season, he recorded 47 points (20-27—47) in 56 games with the Under-17 team.

• He helped Team USA to a bronze medal at the 2013 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge, leading his team and finishing in a tie for second in tournament scoring with ten points (4-6—10) in six games.

• At age 14, he won a pair of skates after filming his own commercial about how he would change the game. The video highlights Milano’s impressive stickhandling skills and has garnered more than 19,000 views on YouTube.

• He wears No. 27 in honor of his favorite player, Patrick Kane, who also wore the number while with the U.S. National Team Development Program.

• He began skating at 18 months, taking his older sister’s spot in figure skating lessons after she lost interest.

• Milano has committed to Boston College for the fall of 2014.
