• Teply skated the majority of the 2018-19 season in Czech men’s leagues, where he recorded 0-2—2 in 15 games with Liberec in the Czech Elite League and 4-6—10 in 23 contests with Benatky N.J. in the Czech second division.

• At the 2017 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge (1-2—3 in 7 GP), Teply scored the game-winning goal in the bronze medal game to help his country earn a medal in the tournament for the first time since 2006.

• Internationally, Teply also represented his country at the 2018 and 2019 Under-18 World Championship, 2018 Hlinka Gretzky Cup and 2018 World Junior A Challenge.
