• In 2013-14, his second season with the U.S. National Team Development Program, Larkin finished second on the Under-18 team with 31 goals and fourth in points (31-25—56) in 60 games played.

• Larkin was an assistant captain on Team USA’s gold-medal winning club at the 2014 Under-18 World Championship, posting four points (2-2—4) in the tournament, including a goal in the championship game. He also won a bronze medal with the U.S. at the 2013 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge (2-5—7 in six games) and recalls winning the 2012 Four Nations Tournament as his most memorable hockey moment.

• He began his hockey career with the Lakeland Hockey Association in his hometown of Waterford, Michigan and later joined the Belle Tire Hockey Club in Detroit, captaining the Bantam team to a national championship in 2011.

• At the 2013 USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game in Pittsburgh, Larkin tallied two points (1-1—2) for Team Johnson in their 5-2 victory.

• Larkin has committed to the University of Michigan for the fall of 2014.
