• Spent the entire 2019-20 season with HIFK of the Finnish Elite League recording 10-18—28 in 44 GP

• Helped Finland win the 2019 World Junior Championship registering 1-3—4 in 7 GP including an assist on Kaapo Kakko’s game-winning goal in the gold medal game

• Helped his country win gold at the 2018 Under-18 World Championship with 2-4—6 in 7 GP

• His father, Jan Lundell, was a goaltender who played 17 seasons of pro hockey in Europe – in 1998-99 he led all Finnish Elite League goaltenders with a 1.79 GAA. He is currently HIFK’s goaltending coach.
