• Davidsson collected 5-4—9 in 2016-17 with Djurgardens of the Swedish Hockey League (45 GP) and added 6-4—10 in nine contests with the junior club. While with Djurgardens’ top team, Davidsson skated on a line with his older brother, Jonathan, and Lukas Vejdemo (drafted 87th overall by MTL in 2015).

• Davidsson won a championship with Djurgardens’ junior club in 2015-16 after compiling 17-23—40 in the regular season (45 GP) and 3-3—6 in the postseason (6 GP), earning playoff MVP honors. He also made his debut in the Swedish Hockey League and appeared in one game, scoring 7:23 after the opening face-off.

• Internationally, Davidsson represented Sweden in their silver-medal entries at the 2016 Under-18 World Championship (2-1—3 in 4 GP) and the 2015 Ivan Hlinka Memorial (5 GP). He also helped Sweden win a bronze medal at the 2015 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge (1-1—2 in 6 GP).
