• In his third season in the United States Hockey League, Connor led all players with 80 points in 56 games, tied for second in assists (46) and placed fourth in goals (34) en route to winning USHL Player of the Year and Forward of the Year honors.

• His 80 points were a single-season Youngstown record, breaking the mark of 74 points he set the previous year. The Phantoms (40-14-6, 86 points) set a USHL record with 17 consecutive wins in 2014-15 and finished atop the regular season standings to claim their first Anderson Cup.

• The Shelby Township, Mich., native left home at age 15 to join Youngstown for the 2012-13 season. The following year, he finished second in League scoring with 74 points (31-43—74) in 56 games.

• Internationally, Connor won gold with Team USA at the 2014 Under-18 World Junior Championship, where he tallied seven points (4-3—7) and tied for the tournament lead with a plus-8 rating in seven games. He was part of consecutive gold medal-winning U.S. squads at the 2013 and 2014 World Junior A Challenge and also captured a silver medal at the 2013 Ivan Hlinka Memorial.

• A product of the Belle Tire organization in Detroit, Connor led the 2011-12 under-16 team that included Arizona Coyotes prospect Brendan Perlini (selected 12th overall in 2014) with 53 points (14-39—53) in 40 games.

• Connor is committed to the University of Michigan and will join the Wolverines for the 2015-16 season.
