CAR @ OTT - 12:46 of the Second Period

At 12:46 of the second period in the Hurricanes/Senators game, video review determined that Nick Foligno's shot was stopped by Cam Ward and deflected up in the air and was directed into the Hurricanes net by Chris Neil's arm.  According to rule 78.5 "Apparent goals shall be disallowed when the puck has been directed, batter or thrown into the net by an attacking player other than with a stick." No Goal Ottawa.
