NHL Live with Steve Mears and E.J. Hradek, at 5 p.m. ET on NHL Network, sets up the latest edition of Wednesday Night Rivalry featuring the Detroit Red Wings and Boston Bruins by welcoming in NBCSN analyst Pierre McGuire from the Arena Cam at Joe Louis Arena at 6:15 p.m.

One of broadcasting's top hockey commentators, Bob McKenzie, has a new book: "Hockey Confidential." McKenzie will be in studio at 5:30 p.m. to share some of his stories about the game.
