Bruins recall Caron, send down Ferlin, Subban

The Boston Bruins on Tuesday announced that forward Jordan Caron had been called up from Providence of the American Hockey League and he would be available for the Bruins' game Thursday against the Detroit Red Wings.

Caron had one goal and three points in 35 regular-season games with the Bruins in 2013-14, and one goal in seven Stanley Cup Playoff games.

The Bruins also sent forward Brian Ferlin and goaltender Malcolm Subban to Providence.
