Devils' Schneider adds local legend to new mask

New Jersey Devils goaltender Cory Schneider signed a long-term contract extension with the team this summer. So it makes sense that he's beginning to connect with some local legends.

Schneider unveiled his new mask, which features a number of images of the mythical Jersey Devil, which inspired the team's name.

"There's a couple of images of what people have reported to be the Jersey Devil," Schneider told the team's website. "A goat head with wings, a strange body, so we put a couple of those on there."
