Penguins' Goc to miss three weeks

Pittsburgh Penguins forward Marcel Goc will miss three weeks with a foot injury.

The timeline for the injury means Goc, acquired from the Florida Panthers at the NHL Trade Deadline, would miss the rest of the regular season and perhaps the start of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Goc has two assists in 12 games since joining the Penguins. He has 11 goals and 25 points in 74 games this season.

The 30-year-old is a veteran of nine NHL seasons, including time spent with the San Jose Sharks and Nashville Predators.
