The Devils (7-3-3) host Buffalo (5-5-4) tonight at Prudential Center for the second half of their back-to-back, home-and-home series with the Sabres. Here's what you need to know:
1) Michael Cammalleri's status for the game is uncertain. He was a late scratch in last night's game in Buffalo after leaving the team for personal reasons. Beyond that, tonight's line up is expected to be the same for the Devils with the exception of Cory Schneider starting in goal. Robin Lehner will get the start for the Sabres, who are still dealing with the revolving door to their medical room. Ryan O'Reilly was a game-time decision yesterday and left early in the third after aggravating his initial mid-body injury and is once again a game-time decision.

2) It might not be showing on the scoreboard with an abundance of goals, but for the past two games, the Devils have put up 40+ shots on goal. That's a trend they hope to continue tonight as they look to extend their winning streak to four, remain undefeated in regulation at home and hopefully pot one on the power play.
3) It's
Military Appreciation Night
at The Rock and the official launch of Kyle Palmieri's Squad21. Palmieri will host 21 current or former military members and a guest for 21 games this season, and the forward will hold a special postgame meet-and-greet after each game. It's a cause close to his heart as his sister and brother-in-law are both in the military, and he knows first-hand the sacrifices the men and women in the armed forces make on a daily basis.
