How do I Transfer My Tickets to a partner, friend, co-worker, family member, etc.?

This is the preferred method

  1. Log on to My Wild Account. Under Manage Tickets, select the game date and click Transfer.
  2. Select the seat numbers you wish to transfer by checking the box below that seat. Click the Transfer button to continue.
  3. You will need to choose a recipient for the ticket transfer. Enter Recipient Details; you have the option to include a personal message.
  4. Review the game date and seats, then click Transfer at the bottom. Your ticket transfer is complete.
  5. You will receive an email confirming your action.
Someone is sending me tickets, how do I accept the tickets?
  1. Click on the Accept Tickets button in the email you received.
  2. Log in to My Wild Account using the same email address at which you received the email and your password. If you don't have an account, click on Create Account.
    • If you don't know your password, click on Forgot Password and follow the steps in the email to reset your password. 
  3. Click Accept, and the ticket is now in your account to be managed.


How do I bulk transfer tickets or bulk print my tickets?

NOTE: Bulk processing must be completed month by month. With the new Wild Account Manager, bulk printing is no longer available.

  1. Log on to My Wild Account.
  2. Select Manage Tickets.
  3. Select Transfer in the upper left-hand corner.
  4. Select which events you would like to transfer. To transfer all events, click Select All.
  5. Click Next and follow the instructions to continue through the transfer process.
