Wild To Host Pep Rally On Friday, May 1

The Minnesota Wild today announced it will host a Playoff Pep Rally at the IDS Center Crystal Court in downtown Minneapolis on Friday, May 1 from 12 – 1 p.m. for fans to gather and cheer on the team for the start of Round 2 of the 2015 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs. The Minnesota Wild will face the Chicago Blackhawks for Game 1 that night at 8:30 p.m. (CT) at United Center in Chicago. Fans are encouraged to wear Wild team colors on Friday and on all future playoff game days.

Wild mascot Nordy will join former Wild captain Wes Walz, 1995 Stanley Cup Champion Tom Chorske, FOX Sports North analyst Kevin Gorg and Kevin Falness of the Minnesota Wild Radio Network on stage at the rally.  Round 2 Rally Towels will be distributed to 500 fans beginning at noon. In addition, one lucky fan will win a Zach Parise autographed jersey.  Complimentary raffle tickets will be distributed beginning at 11 a.m.  There is a limit of one raffle ticket per person and the winner must be present when announced.
