Minnesota Wild Spouses bring holiday cheer to Festival of Trees

Jingle bells, jingle bells! The holiday season is in full swing and the Minnesota Wild wives and girlfriends are all in on the holiday festivities. Earlier this month, they visited the Mall of America to participate in the Festival of Trees, benefiting Special Olympics Minnesota. The ladies brought the holiday spirit by decorating a tree with lots of Minnesota Wild gear and cheer!

"We're just thankful that we were given the opportunity to support our community and raise awareness for Special Olympics Minnesota, a cause that promotes inclusivity and celebrates all levels of athletic ability" Danielle said.
A big thank you to Amanda Goligoski, Jessi Benn, Taylor Turnquist (Nico Sturm's girlfriend), Danielle Spurgeon, and Sallamari Impola (Kaapo Kahkonen's girlfriend) for representing the Minnesota Wild at this local holiday event.
Minnesota Wild fans can see the Wild tree and others at the Festival of Trees at the Mall of America now through Wednesday, January 5.
