The Minnesota Wild has recalled forward Jordan Schroeder (pronounced SHRAY-duhr) from the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL).
Schroeder, 25 (9/29/90), has tallied one goal in 11 games with Minnesota this season. He has notched 20 points (10-10=20) in 25 games with Iowa including seven points (4-3=7) in his last six AHL games. Schroeder ranks third on the team in goals and fourth in scoring. The 5-foot-9, 184-pound native of Lakeville, Minn., recorded eight points (3-5=8) and a plus-9 rating in 25 games with Minnesota last season and owns 24 points (10-14=24) and a plus-1 rating in 92 career NHL contests with Vancouver and the Wild. Schroeder was originally selected by Vancouver in the first round (22nd overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft and wears sweater No. 10 with the Wild.
