Wild Reassigns Kuemper

The Minnesota Wild has reassigned goaltender Darcy Kuemper to the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL). 

The 23-year-old was recalled by Minnesota for the second time this season on Oct. 14 and started Tuesday at Toronto, allowing three goals on seven shots in a 4-1 loss. He is 1-3-0 with a 2.44 goals against average (GAA) and a .897 save percentage in seven career NHL games (four starts).

Iowa (1-1-0) plays back-to-back road games against the Charlotte Checkers on Saturday and Sunday.
