SAINT PAUL, Minn. - Minnesota Wild General Manager Bill Guerin announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has signed forward Brandon Duhaime to a one-year, $1.1 million contract.

Duhaime, 26 (5/22/97), registered 10 points (9-1=10), 42 penalty minutes (PIM) and a plus-six rating in 51 games with Minnesota last season. The 6-foot-1, 203-pound native of Parkland, Fla., set career-highs in goals and game-winning goals (GWG) (three), recorded one shorthanded goal, and tallied a goal in consecutive games for the first time in his career (2/23-2/24). The left-shot forward owns 27 points (15-12=27), 164 PIM and a plus-four rating in 131 career regular-season games in parts of two seasons with Minnesota (2021-23). He also appeared in 12 Stanley Cup Playoff games with the Wild.

Duhaime tallied 29 points (12-17=29), 103 PIM, a plus-11 rating and three GWG in 87 career American Hockey League (AHL) games over two seasons with the Iowa Wild (2019-21). He led the Wild with three GWG and ranked T-7th in goals in the 2020-21 season. He tallied a career-high three points (2-1=3) on May 14 vs. Texas, his first career multi-goal game.

Duhaime was selected by Minnesota in the fourth round (106th overall) of the 2016 NHL Draft.
