Iowa Wild 2014-15 Record: 21-38-1-2, 45 points, Fifth Place in West Division
The Iowa Wild, Minnesota Wild’s American Hockey League affiliate, began its six-game homestand falling to Utica in a 4-3 shootout on Sunday (3/15). D Jonathon Blum (0-2=2) and D Steve McCarthy (1-1=2) tallied two points apiece. F Tyler Graovac and D Collin Bowman also netted goals for Iowa. G John Curry made 29-of-32 saves through overtime and allowed goals on both shootout attempts to earn the loss. Graovac leads the Wild in scoring with 41 points (20-21=41) in 59 games and ranks T-15th in the AHL in goals. F Michael Keranen ranks second with 34 points (9-25=34) while Blum (9-20=29) and F Marc Hagel (9-20=29) rank T-3rd with 29 points. F Zach Mitchell ranks T-9th in the AHL amongst rookies in goals (15). Curry is 11-16-1 with a 2.78 GAA and a .915 SV% in 31 games. G Johan Gustafsson is 8-18-1 with a 3.36 GAA and a .896 SV% in 31 games. The Wild continues its homestand hosting Charlotte on Sat. and Sun.

C Reid Duke - Brandon (WHL): The Wild's sixth-round selection in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft has not played in the last 14 Brandon games due to a lower-body injury (Feb.15-current. He Owns 17 points (9-8=15) in his last 13 games.
D Tanner Faith - Kootenay (WHL): Minnesota's fifth-round selection in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft is expected to miss the remainder of the season due to an upper body injury.
D Dylan Labbe - Shawinigan (QMJHL): The fourth-round selection in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft for Minnesota tallied two assists, a plus-2 rating and two PIM in two games last week. Labbe ranks T-3rd amongst QMJHL defensemen in goals and fifth in scoring. He also leads blue liners on Shawinigan in scoring.
C Pavel Jenys - Sudbury (OHL): Minnesota's seventh-round selection in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft registered a goal in two games last week and has 10 points (4-6=10) in the last 11 games. Jenys leads the Wolves in scoring, T-1st in assists and T-2nd in goals.
C Chase Lang - Calgary (WHL): The sixth-round pick for Minnesota in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft netted a goal and two PIM In three games last week. He ranks third on the Hitmen in goals and fourth in scoring. Lang has set career-highs in goals, assists and points this season.
D Hunter Warner - Prince Albert (WHL): The defensemen signed a three-year, entry-level contract with Minnesota is expected to miss the rest of the season due to shoulder surgery.
D Louis Belpedio - Miami University of Ohio (NCHC): Minnesota's third-round selection in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft tallied two points (1-1=2) and two PIM in three games as Miami won 2-1-0 vs. Western Michigan to advance to the semifinals vs. Denver in Minneapolis (3/20). He ranks first amongst defenseman on the team in goals and second in scoring.
D Nolan De Jong - Michigan (Big Ten): The Wild's seventh-round selection in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. Michigan split its home-and-home series against Michigan State. The Wolverines will host Wisconsin in Detroit for the Big Ten Quarterfinal (3/19).
D John Draeger - Michigan State (Big Ten): Minnesota's third-round selection in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft tallied three shots in two games as Michigan State split its home-and-home weekend series against Michigan. The Spartans will host the winner of the Wisconsin/Michigan match for the semifinals on Friday (3/20).
C Adam Gilmour - Boston College (Hockey East): The Wild's fourth-round selection in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft recorded six shots, a plus-2 rating and two PIM in three games as Boston College’s season ended in the quarterfinals vs. Vermont (1-2-0) last weekend. He is ranked second on the Eagles in power-play goals (5) and in scoring and ranked T-3rd in assists.
LW Mario Lucia - Notre Dame (Hockey East): The second-round selection in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft for Minnesota registered two points (1-1=2) and four PIM in three games as Notre Dame fell in the quarterfinal round at UMass Lowell (1-2-0) last weekend. Lucia is ranked T-2nd in the conference and T-10th in the NCAA in goals while ranking first on the Irish in goals and third in points.
LW Louis Nanne - Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (ECAC): Minnesota's seventh-round selection in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft tallied an assist and two PIM in two games last weekend as RPI fell in the quarterfinal round at St. Lawrence.
C Avery Peterson - Nebraska Omaha (NCHC): The Wild's sixth-round selection in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft registered seven shots in two games as Nebraska Omaha dropped both games in the quarterfinal round 0-1-1 vs. St. Cloud State last weekend. Peterson is ranked fourth on the team in goals and sixth in scoring.
D Carson Soucy - Minnesota Duluth (NCHC): Minnesota's fifth-round selection in 2013 NHL Entry Draft tallied four shots and two PIM in two games as Minnesota Duluth ended its season in the quarterfinals at Denver last weekend (0-2-0). Soucy is ranked third amongst defensemen on the Bulldogs in scoring.
RW Alex Tuch - Boston College (Hockey East): The Wild's first-round selection in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft was named to the 2014-15 Hockey East Pro Ambitions All-Rookie Team (3/18). Tuch registered six shots and two PIM in three games as Boston College fell in the quarterfinal round vs. Vermont (1-2-0). He is ranked T-4th in the conference in freshmen scoring and led the Eagles in scoring and second in goals.
C Christoph Bertschy - SC Bern (Swiss): Minnesota's sixth-round selection in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft owns two points (1-1=2) in four playoff contests with seven shots on goal. SC Bern lost the first game in round two of playoffs against HC Davos. He is ranked third on the team in shots (105) on goal, T-2nd in goals and fifth in points and has set career highs in goals, assists and points this season.
D Pontus Sjalin - Leksand J20 (Super Elit): The Wild's sixth-round selection in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft leads the defensemen on the team in scoring and ranks T-4th on Leksand in assists.
Alexandre Belanger - Cape-Breton (QMJHL): The Wild's seventh-round selection in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft missed Cape-Breton’s last nine games with a concussion suffered on Feb. 27. Belanger has posted a 6-5-0 record with a 3.17 GAA and a .899 SV% in 12 games with the Screaming Eagles.
Kaapo Kahkonen - TUTO Turku (Mestis): Minnesota's fourth-round selection in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft leads the league in games played, second in SV% and fourth in GAA.
Steve Michalek - Harvard (ECAC): The Wild's sixth-round selection in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft Made 79-of-85 saves in three games as Harvard went 2-1-0 against Yale in the quarterfinal round of playoffs to advance to the semifinals vs. Quinnipiac at Lake Placid (3/20). Michalek ranks second in the conference in saves, sixth in SV% and T-9th in GAA.
