The Minnesota Wild will play in a Stanley Cup Playoff game for the first time in five seasons on Tuesday. Minnesota opens its Western Conference Quarterfinal series with the Chicago Blackhawks on the road at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 30 at United Center.
The series will take two days off before Game 2 on Friday, May 3, at 8:30 p.m. at United Center. The series will then move to the State of Hockey for Game 3, a 2 p.m. start time on Sunday, May 5, exclusively on NBC, at Xcel Energy Center. Click here, to find tickets.
The opening round follows a 2-2-1-1-1 format, so the first two games will open in Chicago and return to Minnesota for the next two contests. If necessary, times for Games 5 through 7 will be determined at a later date.
