The Minnesota Wild will hold a Wake-Up Rally presented by Caribou Coffee on Thursday, Oct. 8 from 6 – 8 a.m. at Caribou Coffee located on skyway level at US Bank Plaza (200 South 6th Street) in downtown Minneapolis to celebrate the start of the team’s 2015-16 NHL regular season.
At the Wild Wake-Up Rally, fans will be treated to a complimentary cup of Caribou Coffee. For every free cup handed out, new Wild partner Caribou Coffee will donate a cup of coffee to nurses and families at local cancer centers in Minnesota as part of their Amy’s Blend campaign which has raised more than $2.5 million for cancer centers.
In addition, fans will receive complimentary Coca-Cola products, a Wild magnet schedule and copies of both the Star Tribune and the Pioneer Press. FOX Sports North will be on hand and KFAN FM 100.3 will also be reporting live. The wake-up rally is free and open to the public.
The Wild travels to Colorado to take on the Avalanche in the 2015-16 regular season opener at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8. On Saturday, Oct. 10, the Wild returns to Xcel Energy Center to face the St. Louis Blues in the regular-season home opener at 7 p.m. The games will be televised live on NBC Sports Network and FOX Sports North, respectively.
