SAINT PAUL, Minn. - The Minnesota Wild will hold a Wake-Up Rallypresented by Caribou Coffee on Thursday, Oct. 13 from 6 - 9 a.m. outside Xcel Energy Center along Kellogg Blvd. (199 W. Kellogg Blvd.) in downtown Saint Paul to celebrate the start of the team's 2016-17 NHL regular season. The wake-up rally is free, open to the public and accessible by vehicle or walk-up.

Fans will be treated to a complimentary cup of Caribou Coffee, Coca-Cola products, SuperMom's® cookies from SuperAmerica, Entenmann's Little Bites, and Pearson's Salted Nut Rolls. 2016-17 Wild magnet schedules and copies of both the Star Tribune and the St. Paul Pioneer Press will also be distributed. Additionally, fans can check out the Associated Bank Ice Cruiser that will be on display.
For every free cup of coffee handed out, Wild partner Caribou Coffee will donate a cup of coffee to nurses and families at local cancer centersin Minnesota as part of their Amy's Blend campaign which has raised more than $2.5 million for cancer centers.
Wild media partners FOX Sports North and KFAN FM 100.3 will be on site with giveaways and KFAN will be providing live reports throughout the morning.
The Wild travels to St. Louis to take on the Blues in the 2016-17 regular season opener at 7 p.m. CT on Thursday, Oct. 13. On Saturday, Oct. 15 at 6 p.m. CT, the Wild returns to Xcel Energy Center to face the Winnipeg Jets in the regular-season home opener. Both games will be televised live on FOX Sports North, streamed on FOX Sports GO and broadcast on KFAN FM 100.3.
