ST. PAUL -- Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher today announced the team's training camp roster and schedule. A total of 58 players have been invited to training camp, which begins Friday, Sept. 15 at 9:15 a.m. at Xcel Energy Center. Player medical examinations and media day will take place Thursday morning.

The following players from the Minnesota Wild team that competed in the 2017 Prospect Tournament in Traverse, City, Michigan, have been invited to training camp: G Dereck Baribeau, D Gustav Bouramman, D Braydyn Chizen, F Joel Eriksson Ek, F Adam Gilmour, D Jacob Golden, F Pavel Jenys, F Justin Kloos, F Luke Kunin, F Chase Lang, F Ivan Lodnia, F Gerald Mayhew, D Brennan Menell, F Dante Salituro, F Mason Shaw, F Dmitry Sokolov, D Carson Soucy, G Adam Vay, F Jack Walker, and D Hunter Warner. The team also announced today it has released F Matt Bradley, F Domenic Commisso, D Kevin Davis, F Giorgio Estephan, D Artem Minulin and F Joel Teasdale from their amateur tryouts.
On Saturday, Sept. 16, fans are invited to "
Flood The Rink
" and help create the Xcel Energy Center ice for the upcoming season. During this special day, fans can bring their local pond, lake or ice rink water (in portable containers - maximum of three ounces) to Xcel Energy Center and pour it into a Zamboni located outside Gate 1 from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fan-provided water will be filtered and used the following day to help make ice at Xcel Energy Center for the 2017-18 season. The team will hold an open practice at Xcel Energy Center on Sept. 16, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Fans can enter Xcel Energy Center through Gates 1 and 2 beginning at 9 a.m.
