ST. PAUL --Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has acquired a fifth-round selection in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft from the Montreal Canadiens (previously acquired from Washington) in exchange for defenseman Mike Reilly.
The team also announced today that forward Chris Stewart was claimed off waivers by the Calgary Flames.

Reilly, 24 (7/13/93), recorded 10 points (2-8=10) in 38 games with Minnesota and tallied one goal in one game with Iowa in the American Hockey League (AHL) this season. He owns 18 points (4-14=18) in 84 career NHL contests with Minnesota. Reilly was signed as a free agent by the Wild on July 1, 2015.
Stewart, 30 (10/30/87), tallied 13 points (9-4=13) in 47 games with Minnesota this season. He collected 45 points (25-20=45) in 146 career games with the Wild (2014, 2016-18) and owns 318 points (159-159=318) in 645 career NHL contests. He was signed as a free agent by Minnesota on July 1, 2016.
