Ottawa G Robin Lehner stopped all 27 Wild shots to earn his second career shutout as the Senators claimed a 3-0 victory in front of 18,117 fans Tuesday night at Xcel Energy Center – the 450th regular-season sellout in Wild history. Next up, Minnesota continues its three-game homestand versus Edmonton Thursday at 7 p.m. on FOX Sports North and KFAN 100.3 FM.

Minnesota moved to 5-2-0 in 2014. The Wild moved to 16-7-2 in Saint Paul this season.

Ottawa earned its first-ever shutout against Minnesota. The Wild lost its fourth straight game to the Senators in Saint Paul, having lost seven of the last eight games overall facing Ottawa.

The Wild was shut out for the third time this season and for the first time on home ice since April 11, 2013 in a 2-0 loss to St. Louis.

G Darcy Kuemper made his second-ever start in Saint Paul, making 29 saves in his first career loss at Xcel Energy Center. Over his last three starts, he has posted a 0.958 SV% and a 1.30 GAA.

C Kyle Brodziak won 9-of-12 faceoffs on the night (75.0%) and registered one shot in 16:50 TOI.

LW Dany Heatley didn’t tally a point for the first time in five games against the Senators since playing for Ottawa (1-5=6). His teams dropped to 3-1-1 in those games.

LW Clarke MacArthur, RW Erik Condra and C Kyle Turris scored for Ottawa while G Robin Lehner made 27 saves in net.
