LW Ruslan Fedotenko snapped a tie with 6:23 left in regulation, RW Marian Gaborik and C Brian Boyle each scored a goal and G Henrik Lundqvist made 24 saves, leading the New York Rangers past the Minnesota Wild 3-2 at Xcel Energy Center. C Kyle Brodziak and C Mikko Koivu each scored a power play goal and G Josh Harding made 29 saves for Minnesota, which plays host to Florida on Thursday.

C Kyle Brodziak netted his career-best 20th goal of the season to extend his home point streak to four games (3-4=7). Brodziak became the 14th player to reach 20 goals with the Wild, and recorded the 25th overall 20-goal season for Minnesota. Brodziak has five PPG this season – he entered the season with three in his career.
C Mikko Koivu scored his 11th goal of the season – first since Feb. 16, the game before he missed 15 consecutive contests with an upper body injury. Koivu ranks third on the Wild with 38 points (11-27=38). He tallied his second PPG of the season. The Wild is 23-19-7 with Koivu in the lineup and 8-16-3 when he is not.
D Marco Scandella notched his seventh assist of the season – fourth on the power play.
G Josh Harding made 29 saves, dropping to 9-4-1 at home this season.
RW Marian Gaborik scored his first goal against the Wild – his former team. He has now scored a goal against all 30 NHL teams.
The Wild power play (2-for-2) scored twice for the first time since Dec. 10 at Phoenix, and for the first time at home since Oct. 27 versus Anaheim. Minnesota is 5-for-13 in the last four home games for a 38.5 PP%.
New York went 0-for-4 with the man advantage. The Wild has killed off 12-of-14 PK chances in the last five home games.
The Wild signed F Jason Zucker to an entry-level contract earlier today. Zucker is expected to practice with the team tomorrow and make his NHL debut Thursday against Florida.
