The Minnesota Wild will open its 2015 training camp on Friday, Sept. 18 at 8:30 a.m. at Xcel Energy Center. The team will hold an open practice at Xcel Energy Center on Saturday, Sept. 19, starting at 9 a.m. Fans can enter through Gate 1 and concessions will be available.
The Wild will also practice at AMSOIL Arena in Duluth during training camp on September 29 and 30. The practice at AMSOIL Arena on Wednesday, Sept. 30 will be open to the public starting at 10:30 a.m.
Minnesota also announced its training camp roster and schedule today. The Wild’s training camp roster currently consists of 35 players, with additions coming from players participating in the 2015 NHL Prospect Tournament in Traverse City, Mich. Player medical examinations and media day will take place the morning of Sept. 17 followed by the start of training camp on Sept. 18.
