Kunin undergoes successful knee surgery

SAINT PAUL -- Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher announced forward Luke Kunin (pronounced KUNN-nihn) underwent successful surgery yesterday to repair the torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee by Dr. Michael Stuart at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Kunin suffered the injury on March 4 vs. Detroit and is expected to return to play in approximately six to seven months.
