Wild.com's Dan Myers gives three takeaways from the Wild's 4-3 overtime win against the Los Angeles Kings at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Saturday night:

1. Haven't we seen this before?
In Thursday night's season opener, the Wild scored the game's first goal then saw the Kings score three consecutive to take a 3-1 lead to the third period.
Lo and behold, Saturday night at the Staples Center, the Wild scored first and saw the Kings score the next three to take a 3-1 lead to the third period.
On Thursday, Minnesota rallied with a pair of goals in the final frame to force overtime, where Kirill Kaprizov scored the winner.
Once again, the Wild rallied from two goals down in the third period to send things to the extra session, doing so in dramatic fashion.

First it was Joel Eriksson Ek getting it to 3-2 by burying a rebound chance.

Then in the final seconds ... literally, Ryan Suter whipped a prayer toward the goal, only to see it deflect off traffic and in the net with 0.3 left on the clock.
Once there, there was more final-second heroics, this time by Marcus Johansson.
2. Nice bounceback for No. 90.
After a tough first game in a Wild uniform, Johansson bounced back in a big way by scoring the game-winning goal with just 10 seconds left in overtime.
Kaprizov, 48 hours after scoring the winning goal, set up Johansson with the assist.
It's impossible to know how this season will go for Minnesota, being just two games into the season. But the Wild sure is making it fun.
3. Matt Dumba got things going early.
After posting five shots on goal, and twice hitting the post in the season opener on Thursday, Dumba was the beneficiary of a lucky bounce on Saturday and that bounce came on the first shift of the game when his shot from the right corner hit a Kings defenseman in front of Jonathan Quick and bounced in past the veteran netminder.

Suter tallied the second assist on the goal, earning himself a piece of history. The helper was the 500th of his NHL career, making him the second active defenseman in the League to reach that number (Duncan Keith).
It was also his 300th assist in a Wild uniform. He's just the second player in team history to reach that milestone (Mikko Koivu).
