SAINT PAUL/MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- The National Hockey League’s (NHL) Minnesota Wild, along with FOX Sports North, announced today that FS North will televise four Houston Aeros games this season on tape delay (MORE: Wild.com's Houston Aeros page). The Aeros are the Wild’s American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate.
The televised games are as follows*:
· Aeros vs. Toronto Marlies, Sunday, Jan. 18, 1:30 a.m.# (Game also televised Wednesday, Jan. 21, 7:00 p.m.)
· Aeros vs. Binghamton Senators, Monday, Feb. 2, 7:00 p.m.
· Aeros vs. Rockford IceHogs, Monday, March 2, 7:00 p.m.
· Aeros vs. Rockford IceHogs, Saturday, March 28, 6:00 p.m.
*All games tape delayed

Aeros’ broadcaster Joe O’Donnell will handle the play-by-play duties for all four games and Warren Holmes will handle the color commentary. The games will also be broadcast live on FS Houston.
Hockey Day Minnesota, a cooperative effort between FOX Sports North and the Minnesota Wild, debuted on January 20, 2007. The event was designed to showcase the “State of Hockey”. The third annual event will take place on Saturday, January 17, 2009 and feature seven games, over 20 hours of consecutive programming, insightful interviews, special features and distinctive guests.
