Koivu Bracket

Quarterfinal matchup: Tik-Tak-Koivu vs. Koivu's OT Winner

Wild Captain Mikko Koivu looks to win his second-consecutive Top Play of the Year and has two contenders moving on. The top vote getter during the regular season, Tik-Tak-Koivu won by the second largest margin in Round 1. While his OT Winner doubled up his Quick Snipe to make it into the Quarterfinals.

Parise Bracket

Quarterfinal matchup: Parise's First in MN vs. Parise to Parise

All you have to do to understand Zach Parise's impact on the Wild in his first year in Minnesota is look at the Top Plays Tournament. Two of his plays from the Round 1 are easily advancing (defeating Bouchard's Snipe and Set-OT-guchi, respectively), but he's also a major part of two other plays still alive in the tourney.

Coyle Bracket

Quarterfinal matchup: Coyle Beast Mode vs. Backy's Clutch Calf

In his rookie year, Charlie Coyle earned a bracket with his play on the ice. The play that was the ultimate display of his ability, Coyle Beast Mode, easily topped his first NHL goal. However, veteran goaltender Niklas Backstrom's Clutch Calf against the Kings edged the rookie's PP finish.

Pominville Bracket

Quarterfinal matchup: Cullen Give-And-Go vs. Zucker's First

Jason Pominville had two plays make the tourney, despite joining the Wild on Trade Deadline Day. However, his plays were bounced thanks to a Minnesota native son and another newcomer to the tournament. Matt Cullen's Give-And-Go with Devin Setoguchi to beat the Vancouver Canucks, also beat Pominville's game-tying goal against Columbus. Winning by the widest margin in Round 1 was Jason Zucker, who scored a beauty against the Red Wings for the first of his career and his first win in the tourney over Pominville's first in Minnesota.
