Aeros Open Training Camp Sep. 27

HOUSTON, Texas – The Houston Aeros will open their training camp on Wednesday, Sept. 27 at the team’s official training facility, Sugar Land Ice & Sports Center. Following morning physicals, the Aeros will have their first on-ice workout from 1-3 p.m. on September 27. The Aeros’ training camp roster will be announced next week.

Wednesday, Sept. 27 – 1-3 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 28 – 8:50-11:50 a.m.
Friday, Sept. 29 – 8:50-11:50 a.m.
Saturday, Sept. 30 – 10 a.m.-12 p.m.; pre-season game vs. San Antonio in Sugar Land, 6 p.m.
Sunday, Oct. 1 – 10 a.m.-12 p.m.; pre-season game at San Antonio (Northwoods), 5 p.m.
Monday, Oct. 2 – 1-3 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 3 – 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 4 – 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 5 – 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 6 – 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

Tickets for the Saturday, Sept. 30 pre-season game against San Antonio are on sale now through Sugar Land Ice & Sports Center. Visit the pro shop or call 281.265.7469 to purchase tickets, which are $7. Seating is limited!

Tickets for all 40 regular season home games will go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. Tickets are available by calling 1.866.GO.AEROS, at the Toyota Center Box Office and select area Randalls locations and also online via Ticket prices begin at just $12 for single game tickets.

The Aeros open up the regular season on Saturday, Oct. 7 at Toyota Center at 7:35 p.m. against Grand Rapids, with a tribute to their inaugural 1994-95 team. Mark Freer, the Aeros’ all-time leader in every major offensive category, will return along with Al Conroy and Graeme Townshend. The trio will partake in the ceremonial puck drop and will sign autographs during the first intermission. The first 3,000 fans will also receive Aeros camouflage hats as part of the opening weekend festivities.

Mr. Hockey ® Gordie Howe returns to Houston on Sunday, Oct. 8 at 5:05 p.m. when the Aeros take on the Iowa Stars. This game marks the return of the wildly popular Aeros Family Day!
