Stars goaltender Ben Bishop is a finalist for the Vezina Trophy, awarded "to the goalkeeper adjudged to be the best at his position," along with Tampa Bay's Andrei Vasilevskiy and Robin Lehner of the New York Islanders.
The 2019 NHL Entry Draft will be held at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Stars tentatively hold four picks in this year's draft, including the 18th overall selection in the first round.

Salary arbitration hearings between clubs and restricted free agents will be held from July 20 to Aug. 4. During this period, players can sign a contract with their current team any time before the arbitrator's ruling, which will be made no later than Aug. 6.
Of the Stars' 10 remaining RFAs, eight are eligible for arbitration.
The annual NHL Prospect Tournament returns to Centre Ice Arena in Traverse City, Mich. for its 21st season from Sept. 6 through 10.
The Toronto Maple Leafs have been added to the eight-team pool for this season, joining the Chicago Blackhawks, Columbus Blue Jackets, Dallas Stars, Minnesota Wild, New York Rangers, St. Louis Blues and Detroit Red Wings.
