It was a rough week for the Texas Stars, who lost all three of their games and were outscored 15-4. The Stars, who are currently on a six-game road trip, have lost five straight games. They are 24-25-3 on the season and sit in sixth place in the AHL's Pacific Division. Here's the latest on the AHL affiliate of the Dallas Stars.
Wednesday, February 22: Stockton 5, Texas 1
Stockton jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first period and went on to defeat the Texas Stars, 5-1, at Stockton Arena Wednesday. It was the third straight loss for the Stars. Cole Ully scored the lone goal for Texas. Justin Peters got the start in goal for the Stars and stopped 30 of 35 shots.
Friday, February 24: San Diego 6, Texas 2
Texas and San Diego were tied 2-2 in the second period, but the Gulls scored the final four goals of the game, including an empty-netter, to win, 6-2, and hand the Stars their fourth straight loss. Jason Dickinson and Travis Morin scored for Texas. Max Lagace got the start in goal and stopped 25 of 30 shots.
Sunday, February 26: Stockton 4, Texas 1
The Stars saw their losing streak hit five games with a 4-1 loss at Stockton Sunday. After the Heat took a 1-0 lead in the first period, Ethan Werek scored to tie the game 4:37 into the second period. But the Heat scored a little more than a minute later to take the lead for good and tacked on two more goals in the third including a late empty-netter. Justin Peters got the start in goal and stopped 24 of 27 shots.
*Defenseman Julius Honka returned to the lineup after missing three games with a head injury.
*Forward Denis Gurianov remains day to day with a lower-body injury. He's missed the past five games.
*Texas is 0-4-0 in the first four games of its six-game road trip and has been outscored 20-7.
*Texas ranks ninth in the AHL in scoring at 3.09 per game.
*Texas ranks 29th in goals against at 3.44 per game.

2/25: LW Remi Elie recalled to Dallas (NHL) from Texas (AHL)
The Idaho Steelheads went 1-1-0 over the past week and are 30-18-7 on the season. They are in third place in the ECHL's Mountain Division.
Goaltender Landon Bow lost in regulation for the first time in 11 starts, stopping 26 of 29 shots in a 4-2 loss to Missouri on Friday. Bow is 13-4-1 in the ECHL with a 2.33 goals-against average and. 928 save percentage.
Goaltender Philippe Desrosiers, who is playing for Norfolk of the ECHL, went 1-1-0 over the past week. He stopped 41 of 48 shots in a 7-4 loss to Florida and 39 of 42 shots in a 5-3 win over Greenville. Desrosiers is 9-5-0 in the ECHL with a 3.51 goals-against average and .905 save percentage. Since joining Norfolk, he is 4-2-0 with a 2.99 GAA and .923 SV%.
