FRISCO, Texas -- Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that the team has recalled forwards Ty Dellandrea and Tanner Kero from the Taxi Squad. Additionally, the team has reassigned forwards Nick Caamano andJoel L'Esperance to the Taxi Squad.

Dellandrea, 20, has registered two points (1-1=2), including one power play goal, in six games with Dallas so far in 2020-21. Dellandrea made his NHL debut on Jan. 22 against Nashville and recorded his first career NHL points (1-1=2) on Jan. 28 against Detroit. In 2019-20, the forward posted 70 points (32-38=70) in 47 games with Flint of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). Dellandrea finished tied for 10th in the OHL and first on Flint with six game-winning goals, while he led the team with nine power play goals and ranked second with 32 total goals and 70 points. He also won a gold medal with Team Canada at the 2020 IIHF World Junior Championship, sharing fourth on the team in goals and seventh in points (3-2=5) in seven tournament games.
The 6-foot-1, 190-pound native of Toronto, Ont. was originally selected by Dallas in the first round (13th overall) of the 2018 NHL Draft.
Kero, 28, has recorded two assists (0-2=2) in six games with Dallas this season. He registered 33 points (8-25=33) in 49 games with the Texas Stars of the American Hockey League (AHL) in 2019-20. He shared first on Texas with 25 assists and with 12 power play assists last season. Kero also finished the campaign ranked third on the team in points (33) and eighth in goals (8).
The 6-foot, 185-pound native of Hancock, Mich. was signed by Dallas as a free agent on July 1, 2019.
Caamano, 22, has appeared in eight games this season with Dallas and he is tied for fourth on the team with 13 shots. In 2019-20, he appeared in 12 regular-season games with Dallas, recording two points (1-1=2). He also skated in four Stanley Cup Playoff games registering 13 hits. He also posted 23 points (9-14=23) in 36 regular-season games for Texas in 2018-19.
The 6-foot-3, 200-pound native of Hamilton, Ont. was originally selected by Dallas in the fifth round (146th overall) of the 2016 NHL Draft.
L'Esperance, 25, has skated in three games with Dallas this season and has recorded three shots. The forward scored one goal (1-0=1) in three NHL regular-season games in 2019-20 with Dallas. He also skated in 58 AHL games with Texas, registering 40 points (25-15=40) last season. L'Esperance shared sixth in the AHL and led Texas with 11 power play goals, while he also posted a team-high four game-winning goals in 2019-20. The forward also finished tied for 10th in the AHL and first on the team with 25 goals and ranked second on Texas with 40 points last season.
The 6-foot-2, 210-pound native of Brighton, Mich. was originally signed by Dallas as an undrafted free agent on July, 1, 2018.
