Paul, who is on a four-game goal scoring streak, is tied for second in goal scoring in the OHL playoffs with 9 in 15 games played.

*G Philippe Desrosiers (second round/2013) signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Dallas Stars after his junior season ended when Rimouski lost in the second round of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League playoffs. Desrosiers stopped 29 of 32 shots as Rimouski lost 3-1 to Blainville-Boisbriand in Game 6, sending the series to a seventh game. Desrosiers was pulled in the seventh and deciding game after allowing six goals on 25 shots. Blainville-Boisbriand went on to win the game 8-7 in overtime. Desrosiers ended the playoffs with a 7-3 record, 2.34 goals against average, .917 save percentage and two shutouts.

*RW Branden Troock (fifth round/2012), who had his season end with Seattle of the Western Hockey League earlier this month, signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Dallas Stars on Tuesday. He then signed an amateur tryout contract with the Texas Stars of the AHL.

*D Ludwig Bystrom (second round/2012) played in only one of three games for Farjestad in the Swedish Hockey League championship series over the last week. Farjestad leads Skelleftea 3-0 in the best-of-seven series. Bystrom has no points in nine playoff games for Farjestad.
