Stars defensemen Miro Heiskanen and Esa Lindell, along with Team Finland, have moved on to the semifinal round in the 2022 IIHF World Championship following a 4-2 comeback victory over Slovakia on Thursday.

Heiskanen (21:43) and Lindell (21:37) played nearly identical minutes in the win at Nokia Arena in Tampere, Finland.
Heiskanen has two assists and a +2 rating in four games thus far for Finland in his second World Championship, while Lindell has one helper and a +1 rating in four games. This marks Lindell's third trip to the World Championship and his first since 2016.
Finland will host Team USA in the semifinals on Saturday, May 28 at 6:20 a.m. CT with coverage on NHL Network.
The 2022 IIHF World Championship is taking place in Tampere and Helsinki, Finland. The 16-nation tournament began May 13 and runs through May 29. For complete coverage, click here.
