Stars recall right wing Denis Gurianov from Texas

The 21-year-old has 14 goals and 23 assists in 39 games with Dallas' AHL affiliate this season

FRISCO, Texas -- Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that the club has recalled right wing Denis Gurianov from the Texas Stars, Dallas' top development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).

Gurianov, 21, has recorded four points (1-3=4) and an average 11:14 of ice time in 19 NHL games with Dallas so far in 2018-19. He has also skated in 39 AHL contests with Texas this season, registering 37 points (14-23=37). The winger ranks fourth on Texas in assists (23), shares fourth in goals (14) and ranks fourth in points (37).

The 6-foot-2, 195-pound native of Togliatti, Russia was originally selected by Dallas in the first round (12th overall) of the 2015 NHL Draft.
