Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that forward Scott Glennie has been re-signed to a one-year, two-way contract. Per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Glennie, 23, concluded his third full season with the Texas Stars, Dallas' development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL). With Texas, the 6-foot-1, 195-pound forward scored a professional career-high 15 goals and posted 28 points (15-13=28) in 50 regular-season contests. He also earned 10 points (6-4=10) in 20 postseason games with the club.
The native of Winnipeg, Manitoba was drafted by Dallas in the first round (8th overall) of the 2009 NHL Draft.
