Stars announce Defining Moments Fan Vote presented by KIA

Voting will continue through the first half of the season with the championship taking place on Jan. 29

The Dallas Stars announced today the Defining Moments Fan Vote presented by KIA, allowing fans to vote on the most defining moment of the franchise's 25 years in the Lone Star State beginning Monday, Oct. 2. Throughout the summer, the team released the 25 Defining Moments since the Stars moved to Dallas prior to the 1993-94 NHL season.

Fans can vote at or by tweeting the hashtag of the Defining Moment within each assigned 24-hour voting period. The bracket-style vote will continue through the first half of the season with the championship round taking place on January 29.
