#TwitterTales: #SJSharks vs Oilers and when the team needed just a little kick in the 3rd period. http://t.co/o5UVpGcJAb

Entering April, the last Sharks win was against the Edmonton Oilers, a single win in the month's final five games (1-2-2). To begin the new and final month of regular season hockey, San Jose faced that same Oilers team, a squad undoubtedly looking for revenge in the division rivals last meeting. Edmonton is not among the group of Western Conference teams vying for a playoff spot. But as the Sharks have learned this year, the quality of opponent is always high when Teal is in the other locker room.
Visiting media continues to acclimate to California hockey.
Fast start, hey!
Baseball season brings a bit of sports viewing competition to Bay Area sports fans.
Taylor Hall is left alone and bad things happen.
But then good things are not far behind as Dan Boyle continues to ride his goal-scoring streak.
And the Sharks continue a streak of Miami University Alumni scoring as Tommy Wingels got in on the action just as the power play expired.
A story of two periods... The Sharks led 3-1 after getting outshot 9-6 in the first period. Then the Oilers tied things in the second frame, 3-3, after getting outshot 17-9.
And finally the power play goal when it's needed.
