Besides eating turkey and catching up with family, the Sharks had a tough schedule Thanksgiving week facing three top teams in four days. Saturday night was going to be a good test for the Sharks as they faced a strong Pacific Division rival. The Sharks were victorious in the shootout and collected 10 points during their five-game homestand sweep to give them the best record in the Pacific Division.
Duck hunting anyone?
For those excited to see Teemu Selanne back in San Jose ...
For the Sharks: Great to have Burns back. For opponents: Not great to have Burns back.
The Sharks have been playing some great hockey lately. Nice to see so many familiar names at the top.
Close stats between the division rivals.
Well that's not good ...
After a brief leave of absence, look who's back on the ice! Now that's a hockey player right there.
Not the start the Sharks were looking for as Anaheim scores early.
I think it's safe to say you don't want to mess with Mike Brown.
Speaking of Mike Brown, Saturday was the last day of Movember.
The Sharks shined as they outshot the Ducks 16-9, scoring three goals.
FREE TACOS!!! Thanks Havlat!
The Sharks always like to keep things interesting.
Both teams traded two shots and each had power plays. No goals.
