Dan Rusanowsky put it eloquently as only the voice of Sharks radio could. On the same night as a spectacle in Los Angeles for a Stadium Series outdoor hockey game, a Hollywood script was being written 400 miles north at SAP Center.
In poetic fashion, Sharks forwards Joe Thornton and Patrick Marleau were the stars of the night just a day after agreeing to extend their current contracts with the team. Thanks to their effort, the Sharks extended a win streak to six games, following a defeat of the Minnesota Wild in extended action. Most excellent!
