#TwitterTales: #SJSharks vs Maple Leafs and the time the Bay Area united against Toronto.

— San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) December 5, 2013

The Sharks began a four-game road trip north of the border on Tuesday in one of North America's destinations for hockey. Several Sharks players were set to play in front of friends and family. It was also a night that unified the Bay Area. What resulted may not have been the Sharks best win of the year, but we'll take the two points and move on.

Meanwhile LA and Anaheim unveil their jerseys for the outdoor game.

Perspective from Toronto...

First Period

Head up!

Brownie, goal!

Thornton the shooter (given plenty of open net and a Pavelski thread).

More Leafs fan humor.

Second Period

After the Maple Leafs gave the Sharks all sorts of trouble in the first 10 minutes of the second, it's Joe Pavelski Brad Stuart to the rescue.

Third Period

Sharks hold on to the lead this period and secure a win thanks to some stellar saves by Niemi and an empty netter by Couture.
