Sharks Recall Grosenick from the Worcester Sharks

SAN JOSE, CA -San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has recalled goaltender Troy Grosenick (@TGrose1) from the Worcester Sharks (AHL). Grosenick, 25, has gone 7-2-1 with a 2.73 goals-against average and a .908 save percentage in 10 games played for Worcester this season. He currently leads the AHL in wins and ranks second in minutes played (616).


The six-foot-one, 185-pound native of Brookfield, Wisconsin, signed with San Jose as a free agent on April 8, 2013.

In addition, the club has placed goaltender Alex Stalock (@Stalock32) on injured reserve.

Stalock, 27, has gone 2-2-1 with a 2.38 goals-against average and a .925 save percentage in five games this season for San Jose.
