Sharks Reassign Mirco Mueller

SAN JOSE - San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has reassigned defenseman Mirco Mueller (@muellermirco) to the San Jose Barracuda (@sjbarracuda) of the American Hockey League (@theAHL).
 
Mueller, 20, has posted one goal, seven assists and a plus-8 rating in 30 games with the Barracuda this season. He has appeared in 10 games with the Sharks this season, and made his NHL debut in 2014-15, recording one goal and three assists in 39 games with the Sharks.
 
A six-foot-three, 210-pound native of Winterthur, Switzerland, Mueller was originally drafted by San Jose in the first round (18th overall) of the 2013 NHL Draft.
